Request Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Submit a return request by clicking on the profile icon in the store's navigation.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 
  4.  Click Request return. Once your return request is approved you will receive an email with the instructions.

You will receive a refund once the return is received and inspected.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns/exchanges on sale items or pre-ordered products.
