Shipping Policy

Toni Pons UAE sells and delivers only to the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery charges will be indicated during your checkout process, in Dirhams (UAE).

Same-Day Delivery Across the UAE:

Place your order before 3:00 PM (Dubai) or 1:00 PM (other Emirates) and receive it the same day between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM for just AED 28.

Next-Day Delivery:

Free shipping on orders over AED 400.

AED 20 delivery fee for orders under AED 400.

Place your order before 10:00 PM and receive it the next day between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

You will receive your items in the original shoe box.

We use Quiqup for all our UAE deliveries and DHL for outside UAE deliveries.

Please, keep with you the proof of delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
